More fruits of the labor!!

Well, my garden runneth o'er! I am loving this! I am so excited to show you the joys of the season! Everything is growing at an amazing rate right now I can barely keep up. New little pumpkins, cucumbers, watermelons and corn keep popping up out of nowhere! It's so fun!
Here are a few shots of the spoils!
It's entertaining to see the varying colors of my pumpkins....1 2 3...orange, speckled, green!

It's so fascinating to watch a plant grow from a seed to a plant, to bearing fruit...sounds familiar. Crazy that everything in this life can be applied to the miracle of the plan! The greatest joy is our families...watching a little  baby grow into a adult and starting raising their own babies.
Here is the beauty that is my corn! As high as an elephant's...belly.

Pretty sweet!! And sweet is what it's going to be when I eat em! I still just can't take it in that these little hummers grew in my tiny back yard garden! I'll never doubt mother nature again.
I'm going to eat this little cucumber soon...just a little longer and he'll be perfect!
And I just loved this little big brother-little brother watermelon pair! I can just see them talking,"Come on Jeffy, just catch the ball!" "Well I'm trying. But you're throwing it too fast!" Splat!

My peach tree is also "fruiting" so I will definitely get some pictures of that magic when the time comes! Peaches and cream! Hurray! Reminds me of afternoons with Marmy. Can't forget those days!

and of course, you will bring some of those lovely peaches to you sister in Idaho where peaches just don't grow right. :)
